See it in action
Watch a lesson become a map.
As you drive, Drivio traces the route and drops a pin at every fault, right where it happened. Your learner sees what went wrong, where and why, instead of trying to picture a roundabout from an hour ago.
What went wrong
Every DVSA fault is logged as it happens, colour-coded by severity.
Where it happened
GPS drops each fault on the exact junction, roundabout or lane.
Why it keeps happening
Repeated faults cluster into blackspots, so the pattern is impossible to miss.
- Driving fault
- Serious fault
- Dangerous fault

Roster blackspots
See where your learners struggle, before the examiner does.
Drivio clusters faults across your whole roster into severity bubbles on the map. You walk into a standards check with evidence, and plan lessons around the junctions that actually catch people out.
- Severity bubbles cluster automatically across every learner
- Evidence you can show at a standards check
- Plan around the roundabout that keeps costing marks
Your diary
Book it once. The diary defends itself.
Book a lesson in seconds and set it to repeat. Drivio watches the edges for you: when two lessons collide it flags the clash, shows you both, and lets you move one without leaving the screen.
- Book a lesson, or a whole recurring slot, in seconds
- Clashes flagged the moment they appear, not on the day
- Move the lesson and clear the clash in two taps
Billing
Every lesson reads Paid, Unpaid or Prepaid.
Drivio keeps the money straight while you teach. Each lesson carries its payment state, prepaid blocks count themselves down, and who owes what is one glance on the portal, not a spreadsheet on a Sunday night.
- Paid, Unpaid or Prepaid on every lesson, at a glance
- Prepaid blocks tick down lesson by lesson
- See who owes what before it becomes awkward
- Priya Shah2 lessonsPaid
- Tom Ellis1 lessonUnpaid
- Aisha KhanBlock of 10Prepaid
Vehicles
Know your cars are road-legal before the week starts.
Add every car you teach in, and Drivio watches the dates for you. A dual-control car off the road is a day of cancelled lessons, so MOT expiry and service dates surface weeks early, not the morning of.
- MOT expiry reminders weeks ahead, not days
- Service dates tracked for every car
- Each car and who teaches in it, on one list
- YD68 KPLCorsaMOT due in 43 days
- LR21 XEVYarisMOT booked
- BF19 ODMFiestaService overdue
The working week
Everything else the day needs, in one place.
Book straight from the roster
Pick the learner, pick the slot, done. The diary fills from your roster, not from a blank form.
Keep your evenings yours
Set your operating hours and your rates once. The diary books inside them and nowhere else, so late-night slots never creep in.
Admin on the web, teaching on the phone
The portal runs the business side from any browser. When the instructor app lands, the lesson itself lives on your phone, where you are.
The network effect
Every lesson recorded makes every lesson better.
Drivio isn't another diary. With consent, every lesson feeds an anonymised map of where the UK keeps failing its test, so your teaching gets sharper the more the network drives.
One lesson
Every DVSA fault pinned at the spot on the map where it happened.
Your roster
Repeat faults gather into blackspots you can plan lessons around.
UK-wide
Anonymised at k ≥ 5 before anything is shared, so the national picture is safe.

Questions
Everything you might be wondering.
When do the iOS and Android apps launch?
The instructor app is in final testing. We have not put a public date on it, because we would rather ship it right than ship it to a promise. Set up your account and we will tell you the day it reaches the store.
What can I do on the web today?
Run the whole admin side: your learners, your diary, your operating hours and rates, billing, and your cars with MOT reminders. Recording a lesson, with the map and the fault pins, happens in the instructor app when it lands.
Is there an app for my learners?
Yes. A separate Drivio app for learners follows the instructor app, so a learner can replay a lesson and see what went wrong, where and why.
How do I switch from my paper diary or another app?
You can start fresh in minutes. Add your learners, and Drivio maps every lesson from your first drive.
Can Drivio track my cars and MOT dates?
Yes. Add each car you teach in and the portal tracks its MOT expiry and service dates, with reminders weeks ahead, so a lapsed MOT never cancels a day of lessons.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. The free tier costs nothing to keep, and you can cancel a paid plan whenever you like.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your lessons stay private to your account, and sharing anything to the anonymised map is always opt-in and off by default.
The portal is free. Set up today.
Everything you add is waiting in the app on launch day. No card, no commitment.
